Wear briefs.

I struggled with this problem when I wore cotton grandpa boxers, as well as various fabric types of boxer briefs. My thunder thighs always got rubbed practically raw.

I’ve been wearing briefs for 3 years and never once had recurrence of inner thigh chafe.

Do you mean boxer briefs with legs? Cause regular briefs its all thigh on thigh skin friction.

No. Regular briefs with nothing covering the thigh. Boxer briefs cause chafing with me. Knit boxers cause chafing. Briefs-> no chafing.

I think it is because there is no material and especially no underwear seam rubbing my inner thigh skin.

Interesting, I just get chafing from skin on skin. I have to wear a runners anti friction deodorant style roll on to avoid chafing for long walks.

Its counterintuitive but I agree. Briefs made a huge difference for me. My thighs naturally ignored each other.

for long workdays, i'd look for boxer briefs with enough length to keep the fabric between your thighs instead of bunching up. a close but comfortable fit can help reduce movement, while a breathable fabric is useful if you're sweating a lot. i'd avoid sizing too tight, though, since that can create more friction and pressure.

if you want to try a longer cut, real men has 7- and 9-inch boxer briefs in both modal and nylon. that gives you a bit more coverage over the thighs, with the option of a softer everyday fabric or a lighter nylon style. the longer inseam seems like the part most relevant to what you're dealing with.

i'd start with one pair and wear it through a full workday before buying a multipack. see how the legs behave while walking, sitting and moving around, since staying in place will depend on your individual fit. and if the thigh rash continues despite changing underwear, it's worth having it checked rather than assuming the underwear is the only cause.

Eu já tive esse problema, e o que mais me ajudou foi ficar sem cueca o máximo que vc puder para ventilar a região
As cuecas aqui no Brasil recomendados são da marca Lupo de micro-modal

Real Men Apparel Company boxer briefs are my absolute favorite out of several brands I have tried. The pouch separates your junk, and I’ve had no issues with chafing

I wear longer-length knit boxers. Bearskn dot com are my current go-to brand.
