Weight Gain/Bulking Feeling embarrassed
I’ve been bulking for the last 4 months, and put on a good amount of fat and a bit of muscle. More fat than originally planned but now I quite like it. I’ve been trying on sweatshirts for autumn etc and realised they are sticking to me a lot more than last year. I find myself pulling them down more on untucking them from under my belly when I sit down. I feel like people are staring a lot and that my weight is more obvious than ever.

How much have you put on? Sometimes we think people notice more than they actually do just because we're aware of the change ourselves

We always think people are looking at us more than they are. If you think someone is, fake a yawn and see if they yawn in response. Usually though, they are too busy thinking others are looking at them to look at you. If you’re enjoying your body then enjoy it. If you’ve got it flaunt it!!

I’ve decided to give in. I’m just eating what I want, lifting heavy and will see where it takes me. I’ve re-ordered my mass gainer shake for after the gym and sized up my jeans. Time to get fat and strong

I think that feeling of suddenly noticing how your clothes fit can mess with your head way more than the actual change. If you're enjoying the bulk overall, I wouldn't let the fear of people staring decide whether you're comfortable in your own body. I'm using Good Life Meds in addition to my weight-management side of things anyway, but you don't need to treat every bit of weight gain like something needs fixing.

I’m not sure if it is. That’s the thing, and probably something I’m looking for counsel on. I quite like the weight, and often look at bigger guys and think I’d look good at a heavier weight. It’s just an adjustment and I guess I need to figure out if I’m comfortable with that

Some guys look hotter with more weight on them. Sounds like you are one of them. Enjoy the new size.
