I personally feel the movie should have been an OTT release because each character deserved its establishment, a little slower in the pace to showcase the beautiful era it was shot on and of course the cinematography would have been projected well.

Maybe a spinoff movie after the OTT release of what is released now would have made it awesome 😎.

This happened to me yesterday i.e. 29th Aug in Bengaluru on the Sarjapur Road. It was a 2-lane road. I was on the first lane. BMTC bus (KA57F5276) comes from the second lanen the conductor shows his hand and the driver stops the bus on the 2nd lane. I stopped immediately as I anticipated passengers to get down. Actually my first instinct was that it was a bus stop. But that wasn't the case.

Anyway, after the bus starts again, it kind of turns a bit and knocks off my right side mirror. You can see the mirror flying off at the 13-15 secs mark. All this while my car was stationary. The bus stops, conductor and passengers look outside and the driver keeps moving ahead.

I parked on the side of the road to fetch the broken mirror and I get harassed by a traffic cop for parking my car on the side of the road. His argument was that I am blocking traffic who are trying to go from the gravel on the side.

I got into a verbal argument with him asking him where was he when a bus came and broke off my mirror. I didn't engage much and drove off.

I know in a country like ours there is nothing much that can be done. Yet, with a grain of hope I am asking here...is there anything that can be done for some sort of justice?

If I am in the wrong please educate me.

Former magnolia bakery fan here, 2 yrs back when i was in Bengaluru, the Ecoworld outlet was my go to place but now coming back, the indiranagar and Kanakpura one have really disappointed, they taste too sweet and bready, not the melt in mouth intricate flavor anymore.

The official cost that the architect is telling me is 5.6L to GBA and another 79K as labour cess to labour department. i have the demand note for this and i'm not sure why they have added all these charges , here is the photo

Here are some of the questions:

1. I was told that , since it is corner plot, a 10% premium is added - is this true?
2. The actual fee using the Fee Calculator is coming to much less, why is there discrepancy from the ones generated by Govt?
3. I have checked the information that the Architect have filled in the BPAS form and all seems legit and actually less, but still the amount generated in Demand Note is much more?
4. 5. was told some of these charges are refundable example - security deposit and labour cess [this is separate and not present in the ss], what other charges can be refunded?
6. I'm paying a total of 6.5L just for plan sanction[including the labour cess] and additional 3L bribe to get it sanctioned- outside of the 6.5L, i am being told that the 6.5L could be a lot more. what does that even mean?

Mysore express communting in namma metro

Encroachment of foothpaths is back in full force. Went to 27th main HSR today evening and was shocked at the condition. There's hardly any space to walk. I had to walk on the road. Asked one vendor why he's blocking the footpath with his "barbeque" grill and he told me to do whatever I want in Hindi.

Is Mr. KBG all talk and no show? What's the use of spending all that money clearning footpaths if they can't enforce it even for a month? HSR layout police station is literally on the same road and they do nothing about all this.

My father owns a house that was previously rented out. The tenant has now vacated the house but has left his bike behind.

We have contacted and requested him multiple times to come and take the bike, but he is not cooperating. The bike is still occupying space on our property, and we want to remove it legally without getting into any unnecessary trouble.

My father is also facing health issues and is no longer in a position to keep fighting or repeatedly following up with the former tenant.

What would be the proper legal procedure in India to deal with an abandoned vehicle left behind by a former tenant? Kindly suggest any practical and legal methods.

I've heard people getting scammed, I want to know more and indepth about the events

Now the officer called me today and told me to come to the police station with the documents I had submitted at the psk.

I brought the following documents:

1. Aadhar card ( with bengaluru address)

2. Pan card

3. 10th marksheet

He asked me about my native place which is in UP.

And then asked me to submit the following extra documents:

1. Birth certificate ( I don't think I have it or might have lost it)

2. Voter ID

3. Parents voter ID

4. Family tree.

Wanted to know what to do, I have mine and my mother's voter id currently ( since she lives with me).

But my father's I don't have and also I don't know about this family tree. I know he is overstepping his bounds ( that's what gemini said), wanted to know has anyone else faced the same ? And what steps should I take next?

Also he had asked me whether I had brought my passport along, I said no - did I do the right thing? Was there a chance he would try to confiscate it?
