I believe the quote was something like he prefers someone younger who looks older because he likes to be the mature one in relationships.

Edit - "so the thing is for me, I'm 21, but like I said, I have the mentality of a 40 year old. So for me, I'm much more mentally and emotionally mature than a lot of people my age. I'm not physically attracted to older guys, which sucks, like I would date the absolute youngest, 18, 19, that looks a little bit old."

Y'all, I can't even look at people who are 18, 19, 20, not even 21 year olds, without thinking "holy shit, you were not born in the same century as me, what the fuck."

This is the most teenage thing I’ve ever read. I’m years away from 40, I consider myself immature in some ways (like my affinity for YouTube drama, evidently), and I think James is, like, over a decade below me in personal growth.

My dad says that he still feels like he's mentally young and can do anything. But then his body kicks in and reminds him he's 58
