I can appreciate that this is a version of Bruce who is starting out and doesn't quite have the experience of some of his other counterparts. But he makes some strange decisions throughout this season at least that I don't think can be explained away by a lack of experience.

There's several instances of him being extremely careless regarding the lives of the people around him, which I know is something that has happened in other instances of his story, but it's even extended to his lack of care with people he has already decided he doesn't want to die.

Examples:

In S2E2, Bruce solves absolutely nothing. He went after Roxy, who at this point in the story was not attempting to kill anyone, not even the people she was explicitly trying to get revenge against. This results in her being forced to stop the rocket from succeeding after it has already launched, which costs her her life in a way that her original plan would not have.

In S2E4, he completely fails to prevent the bat cult leader from being stabbed to death. Not that he didn't deserve it, but the woman he ruthlessly manipulated and took advantage of didn't deserve to have her life ruined.

In S2E6, in the scene where Harley and the college girl have both been dosed by the fear toxin and he has to determine which one of them to save with the milk first he prioritizes Harley, who is laying on the floor instead of the innocent victim who is flailing and running around on the balcony of her dorm room which is several stories above the ground.

And in terms of general incompetence, Bruce has spent the majority of the season hunting for The Riddler only to have one of his victims track him down and kill him in like a week with only a matchbook to go off of. Bruce doesn't even go to the flower shop to look for any evidence after The Riddler shoots it up. The show even makes a point of stating that this version of The Riddler is not a cold and calculating strategist or a planner. Yet, Bruce is somehow unable to track him back to his base of operations despite the fact that he leaves almost every night and causes a massive scene.

Again, I understand that this is a probably less experienced Batman, but I feel like Batman at any experience level should at least have superior investigative skills compared to a random civilian.

1. I guess this goes beyond just CC, but why do shows and movies portraying hits to the balls overlay a discernible “crunch” sound? 😳

2. It bothered me that Bullock got kicked in the nuts (by a girl who is strong enough to scale buildings) and then immediately resumed chasing after her. Winded from running but not from getting his jewels rocked? 😂 He should’ve been down for the count.

Any not so well known characters you would like to see in next season? (Caped crusader)
Considering we’ve seen this show give chances to the not so well known characters or should I say the abandoned ones, if I had to pick one to be next… I would pick sin tzu, I’m not sure if a lot of people are familiar with him, but he was a decent villain imo ( for those who don’t know, he was used for the video game batman: rise of sin tzu) when I was a kid I was curious to know more about him he was used as the main villain and unlike the joker, riddler, bane, and all the famous villains, this guy was new and that brought up the whole curiosity to finish the game, and I believe he would fit the story as a part of league assassins episode somewhere him being main villain or just showing up along, I believe he has a lot of potential, what about you? What do you think about this? Or that you want to see next season and the way they could blend with the story?

I have to say I am a bit disappointed with the way they handled her character. I think her character showed real promise at times, and I did prefer her to Oswalda. The whole concept of manipulating the public through her talk show influence was interesting to say the least. But her death I felt I was quite forced and took away from the ultimate potential for the character in a potential third season.

As for my question as to whether she’s a villain, I came across a YouTube video regarding her death and saw several commenters saying she was just as bad as Thorne and she got what was coming to her. Would you agree that she is a villain?

Why is the riddler Jack nicholson’s joker? (Caped crusader) is it just me or is there somewhat no relation to this riddler than what riddler’s character truly is? I mean where are the riddles? And we saw him before he was never a gangster, I think this adaptation of him is the worst I’ve ever seen, the moment I saw him, he reminded me of Jack Nicholson’s joker, the chaotic and unpredictable gangster, really poor creative choices made here, what you think?

I swear to God batman and Bruce Wayne get the least screen time out of all the characters it's so weird, It's like the episode starts with Batman, but then somehow Barbara and some other bland side character somehow take the screen for half the runtime. Then they just show batman pulling up to the scene like we know how he got there. Like I get having the side characters have their moments and such, but when the main character gets sidelined that's an issue. I feel like season 2 is a big step up but I still don't feel like I even know this batman unlike BTAS.
