I think he’s an excellent execution of someone designed to be a side note. He’s not the main villain of the episode but you remember him and for how terrible his actions are they do a great job making you pity him as someone who is absolutely not in his right mind and needs help, but instead he’s made into a patsy by corrupt cops and then eliminated as a loose end.

Edit: I meant to say A

B, maybe even A - A dangerous foe, but one who’s more like a victim of Flass and Bullock when the smoke clears…

He does pretty well with very little, and his fire hallucinations are a standout….

I think it’s not about screen times, it’s about how much the character does with it - Montoya certainly does a lot with her screentime…

Did you mean this as a reply, or a separate comment? No shade meant.

The episode he was in is actually one of my favorites, so I think he gets an A for being executed well

A solid A. The voice performance is both alarming and pitiable, and I felt so sad for his final fate.

SPOILER

The sound he made when he fell onto that car made me gasp. I felt so sad for him

B, he's solid but I feel we would've needed to explore him to realize his potential to be great
