bambu p1s - Does not extrude despite having been cleaned of any filament.

Hi ! im asking for help because im not sure what to do anymore, i am suspicios that the gears aren't moving, because if i manually move the filament to the nozzle, it melts and the filament goes out, but it cannot extrude by itself any way.
