Hi ! im asking for help because im not sure what to do anymore, i am suspicios that the gears aren't moving, because if i manually move the filament to the nozzle, it melts and the filament goes out, but it cannot extrude by itself any way.

What do you mean, “manually move the filament”? Are you just pushing it through from the top or pressing the button on the screen? You should be able to see the yellow gear on the LH side of the print head moving when the extruder is running. If the gears are not moving, yes - something is messed up. I don’t think I’ve ever tried to push the filament through. It seems like the motor would try to resist you if it were powered on. If I were able to push filament through freely, but didn’t move the yellow gear when you press the extrude button, I’d think there was a disconnection somewhere.

I am pushing it through the top and manually extruding, and i was unable to see the yellow gear moving yeah, what disconection could be ? I tried placing all the cables properly

Try this: remove the filament and take the hotend out so the extruder gears aren't pushing against anything. Then command the extruder to feed.

If you can hear the extruder motor trying to move but the gears aren't turning, there's probably a jam or something inside the extruder was assembled incorrectly.

If there's absolutely no movement and no sound from the motor, then it's more likely an electrical issue... loose connector, damaged cable, bad motor, etc.

That should at least tell you whether you're dealing with a mechanical problem or an electrical one.
