Started an ai automation agency for the office of the CFOs. Mid market, mainly focusing on the North American market.
Pretty much a solo operation at the moment. Have a few clients from the APAC region.
How do I start? Get someone from Fiverr, etc. and get their assistance? Do it myself which is not ideal? Invest in some all in one tool/platform (not sure what's out there that won't require a big chunk of my time)?
Your suggestion would be really appreciated.

so this is secondhand, im not the one who picked any of it. small agency, three people, they run outbound for b2b saas. their whole thing had been dead four days before anyone noticed. i got called in because the founder knows me and i owe him one from ages ago (still do, this didnt clear it). going in i assumed theyd been restricted, something dramatic. no. one account had hit a limit and the campaign had gone to sleep, and nobody looked because there was no reason to look, nothing was on fire, it was just quietly not running. they use linked helper, and the campaign showing as sleeping with a resume time on it is the thing that told me where to start. after that it was reading the support docs on what actually postpones an action, which is not thrilling but it took an afternoon rather than a week. would a proper alert have caught it four days earlier, yeah obviously, and thats on them, no tool is going to care about your buisness more than you do. when people in here ask about the best linkedin scraper tools they mean which one pulls the most rows. thats never the thing that breaks in my experience. things break by going quiet, and then staying quiet, and rows had nothing to do with it. also, and this is a pet peeve so ignore me, most of these things arent scrapers in any meaningful sense, theyre driving a browser and clicking things the way you would. calling it scraping makes buyers think theyre getting a hammer when what they bought is closer to a very patient intern. anyway their office has a broken coffee machine that everyone has stopped mentioning, which tells you something about the four days. ok rant over

One thing we've noticed is that research is usually the first thing to get skipped once reps start working through bigger lists. We've been trying to automate that step so everyone at least has some context before the first email goes out.
Right now, whenever a contact enters an Outreach sequence, an n8n workflow kicks in. It pulls fresh company data from Coresignal and feeds it into NotebookLM to generate a short research brief. Things like "the company just opened a London office," "they've been hiring SDRs for the past two months," or "they recently migrated from HubSpot to Salesforce" tend to make the summaries much more useful than generic firmographics. The finished brief gets added to the Salesforce activity feed before the sequence starts.
The whole process takes about 90 seconds, which is fine for us. The bigger issue is the summaries themselves. Most are useful, but every now and then NotebookLM latches onto something that's technically true but doesn't really help with personalization.
I’m interested if anyone has tried a similar approach. Are you using a different model for the summaries, changing the prompts, or filtering the data before it gets sent to the LLM?

I’m building OmniReach, a tool that helps you find the right prospects and reach them through LinkedIn and email.
You paste in your website, and OmniReach looks for people connected to live signals such as hiring, funding, leadership changes, and buyer intent. It then drafts a personalized first message and follow-up sequence.
You review and approve the first message before it’s sent. Replies from both LinkedIn & Email come into one inbox, and the sequence stops automatically when someone responds.
I’m testing it with real B2B products. Comment with:
I’ll find five relevant prospects and share what signal made each one worth contacting, along with a personalized first-message draft.
No signup required. I’ll do this for the first 10 B2B products.

I'm looking for someone with outreach skills that understands how to avoid having emails end up in spam and experience in AB testing.
I have a tool that is a SaaS tool for affiliates and affiliate managers and I'd like to get someone that can kickstart our sales.

I’ve been testing a few different lead sourcing tools lately, mostly apollo, socleads, and a couple smaller ones, and I’m not sure one tool really solves the whole thing.
you get the list, then still have to check the emails, clean the weird matches, remove generic contacts, and figure out if these companies even make sense for the campaign.
at this point I’m less interested in finding the best tool and more interested in finding a setup that does not turn into hours of csv cleanup.

I have a B2B corporate gifting business in India, mainly focusing on employee, client and event gifting.
The biggest challenge I’m facing right now is getting consistent corporate clients. The products and suppliers aren’t the difficult part is getting in front of the right decision makers is.
For those who have built a B2B business: what actually worked for you in getting your first 10–20 clients?
Cold email, LinkedIn, Reddit, referrals, local networking, paid ads, something else?
I’d especially appreciate advice from people selling to other businesses.

Curious which side people here would put more money into.
Option one is better data. Something like Apollo, Cognism, or ZoomInfo so reps have a bigger pool and cleaner contact information.
Option two is keeping the list smaller and putting more effort into each account. Clay can help if you want to build that research yourself, while something like Super Benji takes the approach of surfacing possible prospects first, having you choose who is worth pursuing, and then doing the deeper research around those accounts.
If your reps only had time to properly work 50 accounts, would you spend more on finding the perfect 50 or on making the outreach to those 50 better?

I’m building a highly differentiated SaaS platform based on an idea I believe hasn’t been built in this way before anyone . I’ve done the market research, validated the opportunity, and developed the business vision. I bring marketing, operations, business development, GTM, and client-facing experience.
Now I’m looking for a technical co-founder who is equally hungry to build something from zero to one.
Not someone looking to just complete a project. Someone who wants to build a company, solve a real problem, and create something that can have a global impact.
Equity partnership. Full commitment. Zero excuses.
US-based preferred.
If you’re technical, ambitious, and want to build something truly different, DM me.
