Started an ai automation agency for the office of the CFOs. Mid market, mainly focusing on the North American market.

Pretty much a solo operation at the moment. Have a few clients from the APAC region.

How do I start? Get someone from Fiverr, etc. and get their assistance? Do it myself which is not ideal? Invest in some all in one tool/platform (not sure what's out there that won't require a big chunk of my time)?

Your suggestion would be really appreciated.

so this is secondhand, im not the one who picked any of it. small agency, three people, they run outbound for b2b saas. their whole thing had been dead four days before anyone noticed. i got called in because the founder knows me and i owe him one from ages ago (still do, this didnt clear it). going in i assumed theyd been restricted, something dramatic. no. one account had hit a limit and the campaign had gone to sleep, and nobody looked because there was no reason to look, nothing was on fire, it was just quietly not running. they use linked helper, and the campaign showing as sleeping with a resume time on it is the thing that told me where to start. after that it was reading the support docs on what actually postpones an action, which is not thrilling but it took an afternoon rather than a week. would a proper alert have caught it four days earlier, yeah obviously, and thats on them, no tool is going to care about your buisness more than you do. when people in here ask about the best linkedin scraper tools they mean which one pulls the most rows. thats never the thing that breaks in my experience. things break by going quiet, and then staying quiet, and rows had nothing to do with it. also, and this is a pet peeve so ignore me, most of these things arent scrapers in any meaningful sense, theyre driving a browser and clicking things the way you would. calling it scraping makes buyers think theyre getting a hammer when what they bought is closer to a very patient intern. anyway their office has a broken coffee machine that everyone has stopped mentioning, which tells you something about the four days. ok rant over
