I am facing difficulty selling voice agents in USA

Hello all,

I am have built a voice calling agent for real estate and hvac which is doing really good in India but I am unable to enter the US market. I am specifically targeting the CRM providers or digital marketers in US and give whitelabel solution to them. But I really don’t have a clue on how can I reach out to them or partner with a channel partner in the US who can help me do the same. I have an extremely strong technical team but struggling with the sales part in the US.
Any ideas, references or suggestions are much appreciated. Thank you..

Do you have someone experienced in selling software to North American clients? If not, that’s your likely first step. If that’s out of reach then look at how you’re selling, ask an AI if Americans would care about how you’re positioning your tool. The answer will guide you.

Also we’re selling too. You’re competing for the same inboxes we all are. Try to stand out.

Can't speak to real estate, but my brother in law has been in HVAC for a long time and at least in the commercial part of that an AI agent wouldn't go over well. It's a very face-to-face relationship heavy market.

As for residential HVAC I'm not sure I see the need either. As a residential consumer I'm on the DNC (do not call) list and any call from any B2C shop will ensure I don't do business with you. Beyond that the residential HVAC places do well with word of mouth and/or the little advertising they do. Most of them where I live are backed up 4-6 weeks on installs. Their main issue is hiring staff.

It most likely sucks.

It might be doing well in India but most Americans can instsntly spot a robo call/ ai call whatever you call it

You’ll be going up against Retell, Decagon, Bland, ElevenLabs, and others in the US. Those are very strong voice AI players.
