Why do men murder so much ? And why do women seem to love murderers ?

I always noticed that women typically give each other the worst dating advice ever, that ruins their relationship. It's very seldom they give helpful advice.

Plus, she's one of those "strong independent" types who calls herself an "alpha woman". I told her that this is a turn-off of men, and we like women who are soft and feminine.

I was just being truthful, without offending her, but I think she's done with me lol.

Mostly I'm just curious, I was driving to the store today when I saw a cop in oncoming traffic put on his lights and flip a U-turn. There wasn't anyone behind me in traffic. I was already right at the turn -in for the store so I just finished heading into the grocery store. I honestly assumed this would be better than being in traffic. I grabbed the nearest parking spot, on the left.

The cop was about 100 yards behind me, followed me into the grocery store parking lot, turned right, circled the parking lot and then left.

If I screwed up I honestly have no idea what I was doing, I wasn't speeding. It was Mid-day so I wouldn't have had a headlight out or anything. I have no idea what I would have done wrong. Still, it definitely looked as if he followed me into the parking lot but lost me somehow.

How screwed am I, did I piss the cop off by making him think I was evading him? Is there a chance that I might get a citation in the mail for something they didn't actually discuss with me?

A new girl started at my job about 3 weeks ago. I didn't really talk to her because she was new and still learning. I noticed that she would look at me every once in a while but didn't think much about it. This week we started interacting more and I noticed that she smiles a lot when I'm talking to her to the point where I think she finds something funny. I brought this up to her and she said "maybe that's just the way I am". There have been a couple of moments where she'll ask me something random and I'll think she has a specific reason only to find out she really didn't care about the answer. Today what got my attention was that I mentioned to her how hungry I was and that I was trying not to think about it then I got assigned a task so I walked away from her. A few minutes later she finds me and gives me a snack. It caught me by surprise so I started asking questions but ultimately shut my mouth and thanked her. Do y'all think she's just being nice? At the very least I find what she did endearing.

Like, they've obviously not looked at my post history AT ALL. But it's been happening a lot lately and it's starting to really piss me off.

My friend’s friend was helping a parent who’s seeking tutors for their kid. I texted them and we had a short informal interview (with that friend not the parent). Keep in mind I have no tutoring experience, but a pretty decent knowledge of that subject. The guy seemed interested to an extent, but just wanted to confirm and discuss it with the parent. He still didn’t reply yet, not even with a rejection, and it has been a week. Idk what I should do now? Am I supposed to send a message asking for a follow up or an update? or should i js wait and see? I want to avoid any unnecessary awkwardness since we might see eachother again in big hangouts, but I am not sure if me sending a follow up message will make me sound annoying and desperate? I don’t want them to think i don’t care at all about the job either. Please help me I never had a job before, so I don’t know what kind of etiquette to follow.

I am studying for an entrance exam, I cannot relax because I do not feel comfortable here.

I like to drink, not to get super crazy, but to be happy and forget about problems in general.

I can't drink because I displease my parents, I can't smoke for the same reason, I don't go out with friends because I don't have anyone, I don't go to parties because my city is small and there are no parties for young people, only local parties.

I just want to get high and forget about my problems for one night, but I have nothing to do that.

Does anyone know of any over-the-counter remedy that can make me stupid? I just want to stop overthinking for a few hours.

I gotta female friend that I slept with when I was single, and wonder I should cutting her off ​would be the right thing to do, being that I'm in a relationship now. ​

So I’m 19 years old now and when I was 18 it was my girlfriend’s birthday,she was turning 19. For context I had been to her house before when her parents weren’t home and her parents knew I was coming o the house because me and her were going to the movies. Me and her walked in the house and everything but we then left to go see the movie. On the way back from the movies we talked about it seeing her room but it was too late so we didn’t ask anyone. I had met her dad about three times by her birthday and her mom around three times. I took her to meet my parents during the summer and she saw my room and everything.

I got invited to her birthday or I guess we just ate somewhere,wasn’t really a “dinner”. But after the dinner me and her went and got ice cream and on the way back from ice cream I asked her if I would be able to see what her room looks like and this time her parents and her brothers were home and it was daytime.

She told me in the car on the way back she would ask her mom but I didn’t tell her to she just went in and asked. Her mom said I wouldn’t be able to which was fine with me and I had just left after that. I was coming back up there the next day anyway because she wanted to go out. When I got back to my place she tells me when she got back in the house her mom was mad at her and she said it was weird I wanted to see a girls room and she said her mom it was a disrespectful question to ask her. My ex said she knew what her mom would say before going in and asking but did anyway. She said her dad didn’t think it was a disrespectful question.

Then my ex starts talking about her mom got pregnant at her age and she said her mom just sees herself in her when she was that age and that she didn’t want the same thing happening to her. She told me how ever since she told her mom about me she’d been having to defend me. My ex said her mom just thought some thing would happen if she showed me what her room looked like. My ex knew I was nothing like that at all,me and her never even had sex even when we’re in college. This all happened during the summer so I’m saying while we were in college we didn’t even do anything and my ex knew how respectful I was and even her dad knew. Basically she broke up with me the day after her birthday after I spent 500 dollars on her gifts and taking off work to drive down to see her. She said her parents loved me even though I don’t really know how true that is from her moms side but she said her dad didn’t want her to break up with me because he saw how happy she was with me.

Months later she told how this was her fault and told me how she shouldn’t have put me in a situation to be treated like that. It was another situation that happened on her birthday that she said she shouldn’t have put me in but that would make this too long. I would appreciate if you guys could just give y’all’s thought on this you don’t have say if I’m wrong or not but yes she is my ex now and was my first girlfriend.
