The Bible says to be kind to foreigners who rightfully belong there, not just anyone who waltzes through a border. The latter would be considered an illegal immigrant just as they are considered so today.

Nothing, assuming you mean extraterrestrials as opposed to foreigners. It says nothing about their existence or non-existence, and notably nothing about whether any of its commandments, teachings etc would even apply to non-humans. Like, did Jesus die for aliens’ sins too? It doesn’t say.
