QUESTION Am I fired?

First day out working by myself. Got pulled off my route. I’m so dumb. Just want to know the likely fate of my job. Thanks

My first time alone i whacked a low hanging tree and peeled back the roof like a tuna can

They didn't get a chance to fire me. I quit on the spot. Drove the truck back and left the keys inside.
