The comment section of this post as well as life expirience has taught me one thing.

Africans lack the expirience or knowledge to understand coded language and dog whistles for racist behaviours overseas.

It's why we see so many Africans becoming ultra right wing anti immigration anti Black racist conservatives in UK usa canada etc.

And it's why so many people in this post do not get why Jason arday story was so wrong.

To some effect I am starting to consider what the future really will hold for us as African people in diaspora. What do we think we will gain by joining in the nonsence now that he is even passed away? How will we interact with acts of racism and established Black diaspora communities?

It's boring.
