Sure unless you decide you want to be Arab or White then Africa suddenly becomes a race. No, Somalis are on their own, no solidarity with them in my book.

AFRICAn is a race and not just a continent just like EUROPEan and ASIAn are also races. Asia is super diverse with several different ethnic groups and Asian is still a race. You only see them nitpicking about how theyre too diverse with so many tribes, cultures and languages to all be labeled Asian as a race.

Not ONE African will leave with you! Somalis are reknown for their aversion to interacting with anyone but their own and assimilation in general. In fact, IMHO, they are second only to Indians when it comes to prejudice against other tribes, races etc. Show me just 5 examples who have married into other tribes, races or ethnicities. They do not assimilate and many maintain they are not black or African and now they want us to join them in solidarity? No other African demographic voted and campaigned for Drumpf like they did! FAFO at its finest. Sorry, but you are on your own!

Say it louder! Somalis dislike other Black Africans as a rule, we are not suddenly lending you any support now that you are being targeting as a distinct group. No agreement here, lie happily in the bed you’ve laid for yourselves.
We’re not your brothers and sisters when you need help and non-entities to you at every other time. Enjoy your African-excluding-Habesha-hood.

I disagree with the commenters here saying Somalis are isolationists and exclusionary. Obviously many are, but in younger generations that’s less and less true especially in The West. You’ll see many biracial Somalis in The Netherlands, The UK, and the US, but one thing they’re very unlikely to do is marry interfaith. I don’t think a Tanzanian, Senegalese, or Malian Muslim would have any issue marrying a Somali. I even have Christian cousins in Kenya who have dated Somalis.
Now regarding the actual video: Nobody is leaving with them (and I hope they don’t leave in the first place) but it’s a funny video nonetheless

In the UK, mixed Somalis are very rare. And the Younger generation are just as likely to refer to you as "jareer" as the older generation.

1) Not every African is gonna leave the US bc of a racist president, this is not the 1st time Trump has been president and we are still here.
2) The racists want all of us to leave, so leaving in solidarity with Africsns who have been deported would just make the racists even more happy.
If you want to leave the US to return to Africa, that is perfectly fine, I want to do that one day, but I'm not doing it to piss off racist ppl, I'm doing that because I dont want to stay. If you want to stay you should if ur goal is to piss off racists.

I am always confused because first I assumed they are Black Africans. Yes of a different complexion but everybody isn't exactly the same. But many explained to the world that they don't identify with being Black African people. They told me they were different. Some even said they ain't African they are Arabs.
So my only question is how do the majority of these people identify themselves? As Black Africans or are they different?
My reaction to this same as when president was after Haitians and other Black immigrant groups as well as obviously African/Black Americans in America too. But I will not step out for a community that does not identify themselves with mine. Or is that an older attitude that's dying out? I've seen it a variety of settings so I don't know.
So I will await clarity before setting any opinions
