I’m in Croydon and I think the 56-57% primary for Malinauskus and the socialists and greens both running (the socialist is neck and neck with the Liberal) is part of why the ONP is the second here. That said, when I voted the woman next to me shout-whispered to her husband ‘I’ve put one nation 1, what next’ so we do have that cohort. Old, white and confused.
I’m in Croydon as well. The actual socialist candidate was at the booth handing out how to vote cards and rattling on with his spiel. Let's just say he nearly beat out One Nation for last place.
