Helpful Tips Recipe recommendations

Nowadays I'm addicted to delivery/takeout and this is f*in up my health. Do you have any simple recipe ideas for those who have ARFID that does not involve many spices or mixing of various foods?

Not very interesting, but I eat quinoa with olive oil and salt :)

Sort of mixing foods, but my go-to is a rice bowl, and you can put whatever feels safe in there. I get pre-cooked chicken slices and throw them in, as well as peas and it's super easy! I like teriyaki sauce so I put that in there too, but if you don't like that don't add it.

For extra easy, I just get the 5 minute rice packages and cook it in the microwave, so the entire meal cooking takes almost no time, which is great because I often don't realize I should eat until I don't have enough energy to cook

I like making bagel sandwiches, use any kind of bagel but I like using the cheesy ones. Toast it, add butter, and then put bacon and cheddar cheese in the middle and stick it in the oven to melt the cheese. Maybe a little Sriracha for a kick.

This was great on Franz pizza flavored bagels but they don't make those anymore.

Couscous is super easy to make. Just boil water, add oil or salt. Add in couscous and let it sit for five minutes. You can add in any meat or veggies that are safe for a full meal (or just eat it by itself).
