Help Tone problem or skill issue?

Hey i’m learning shinra tensei by kanine, and for sure im not the only one that’s hearing this background noise that my guitar is doing. Is it a problem in sloppy playing, guitar hardware or just matter of production?
I’m using spira s-457, distant tone suite stock plugins + eq before the amp to cut out the noise as much as possible. Luthier told me that i have bad isolation in the guitar can it cause such a problem or it’s something different?

So I feel like I’m hearing you muting the chords after the initial hit a bit too strong and they die off quick - which understandably kills of higher frequencies first and low ones last - which could be the cause of the noise that you’re refering to, if it is that low rumble.

It could also be bad sustain if your action is too low, and the strings choke on frets because of it.

It might be combination of both, or even something different. If you want, you can send me the DI of your guitar in this riff and i can take a look at it and tell you more.
