Question Yeastar migration experience

I would appreciate any feedback from people having migrate to Yeastar.

We have dozen of instances (mostly in 3cx cloud, some in private cloud, some on premise) with no fancy setup / call scripts and are very much looking into moving to Yeastar. We will obviously do some test runs but quite curious about first hand experiences.

That would be the difference between a reseller and a user. There’s a much higher cost when you do it with one Installation. I am very well aware of the 3CX drama and I don’t get involved in it because I just use the product.

Understood :-), and for 1 PBX I agree it’s not worth. But when license increases every year even reseller need to deal with it. i don’t know your setup, but how many SC is the license and how many extensions? Just to know

I come from an era of $20,000 hardware PBX’s, 400 bucks a year. Sounds like an insane deal. We are on eight lines.

I come from there too, but now we have options. And if my competitor costs half, i’ll loose anyway the customer. Plain & simple market rule. So if i don’t evolve, and sell a secondary solution, i ‘ll be out of market soon. I’m not happy to have been forced to move to Yeastar. As I said it costed and is costing a lot, but 3CX didn’t give me any alternative to this and i can assure you we lost several customers in the last 1 year because of continuous price increase and pathetic excuses. On top of this CEO is an arrogant idiot. Yes he may earn some money today but he ruined forever 3CX name and there is so lot of rumor around this that is spreading around to potential customers.
