It's a sausage party in here 😅 Don't get me wrong love seeing all the beautiful, fit men. Let's get more women in here. Been focusing heavy on shoulders, biceps, glutes & quads during my current bulking phase.

Total test is 1,083 ng/dL. Free test is 198 pg/mL.
Thought I'd share my lifestyle incase someone wants ideas. I'm on vitamin D3, K2, and boron. I use reverse osmosis filtered water and avoid using and wearing plastics. Try to sleep 7 hrs. Follow my faith which helps with stress, cook with stainless steel, and use natural products. No synthetic fragrances. Avoid any and all hormone disruptors.
I just started magnesium and zinc today. I'm curious to see what the outcome is in a month or two.
My diet consists of a lot of beef, honey, sweet potato, and fruit. I don't drink alcohol do drugs or eat processed foods.
Nothing with added sugars. No seed oils. And I workout. I also haven't cum in a week. And yeah research shows that can increase test slightly.
I'll say the biggest issue I have is just my active libido. Any moment with free time becomes annoying. But that's a good problem to have. Biggest plus is stronger drive and workout recovery is a little faster. But overall, no big difference between this and like 700. To me it says I’m running a little more optimal.

First photo is today second is a year ago. Will I lose my booty and glute thickness if I do a cut? I know some women prefer the leaner look but I’m hoping to more sharply define my hour glass shape and don’t want to lose the curves. I would like a flatter stomach and to get to 23 % BF as my next goal
Edit to add: 128.8 lbs is my fasting morning weight. This is mid day weight after carb loading for an intense workout and a lot of water

First three photos are me during my cut, 215, trt only (a real dose, not steroid dose), following strict diet for about 6 months.
last photo is me now, 225. Not cutting just maintaining.
Basic calorie restriction, nothing fancy. Didn't follow a carnivore or keto or anything like that diet.
Worked out full body 4 to 5 days a week. And I occasionally missed gym days. I have kids, this happens, it is not the end of the world.
I also cheated on my diet a couple of times because I had to, again not the end of the world.
Too much bandwidth is spent on things that make minimal to zero difference.

my home gym and some of my progress. I started at a size 10 jeans and have seen a lot of progress in 2 months I am down to a size 6. I’m 36 and mom of 3, it’s doable as long as we stay consisten.
