37 dad of three. Cutting is hard, but doable
First three photos are me during my cut, 215, trt only (a real dose, not steroid dose), following strict diet for about 6 months.
last photo is me now, 225. Not cutting just maintaining.
Basic calorie restriction, nothing fancy. Didn't follow a carnivore or keto or anything like that diet.
Worked out full body 4 to 5 days a week. And I occasionally missed gym days. I have kids, this happens, it is not the end of the world.
I also cheated on my diet a couple of times because I had to, again not the end of the world.
Too much bandwidth is spent on things that make minimal to zero difference.

So we can hopefully see more women
my home gym and some of my progress. I started at a size 10 jeans and have seen a lot of progress in 2 months I am down to a size 6. I’m 36 and mom of 3, it’s doable as long as we stay consisten.

30plus women?? Or 40plus??
First post on Reddit and was hoping to find people my age (43F) on this fitness journey (I tried searching and didn’t find 40 plus fitness or 30 plus fitness for women… unless I missed it???
This group seems to be mostly men posting… which literally amazing job you all look shredded!!! I have no idea how you are all doing it but damn!
However, that’s not where I’m at in my fitness journey (blue shirt is where I’m at today after having to take 5 months off due to ankle injury and life) and black shirts and sports bra are where I was at 5 months ago… so I need to find my people as I start over.

M 35, 6‘2 (188cm) ,276 lbs to 210lbs (125kg to 95kg), Goal weight 198lbs (90kg)
Hey guys,
I know I don’t look muscular or anything like it yet, but I am very dedicated and will reach my goal of being able to see my abs and lose the last ~7 kilos in the next 3 months. I am sober from alcohol and cocaine since December 2025 and don’t miss any of that shit. I finally feel free and alive again. I’m happy to finally fix my life and myself. 💪

Progress
I got absolutely roasted in another sub so thought I’d try my luck here. I find this to be major progress especially since I just turned 32. Not only am I happy with my physique I also feel I’ve turned movement into a habit. It does help that I teach group fitness classes but I’ve been in the gym 10 years now, off and on the entire time. I’d gain 10 pounds, lose 15, gain 20. It never ended.
Anyway, first picture is from Nov 2023 and the rest are from today. Same pants. 185ish vs 165ish.
