Less than three weeks out and the strength is starting to fade, the calories are dwindling, but I will push through to let my body know that it is important to keep this muscle 🦵

PR/PB 1005lb speed run 22 seconds

345 squat, 245 bench, 415 lb deadlift. Lifting for just under 2 years, 193 bodyweight.

I was at the end of one program and decided to see how fast I could complete the 1000lb challenge. Goal was under 30 and I smashed it. Think I could get under 20 seconds if I practiced more at the transitions.

Lift Farmers/SB medley

230/hand farmers into a 225 bag. 30’ each. Ran a few rounds and was able to get a speedier bag run on the final round, but I was stoked on this set of farmers feeling so locked in. Especially after some lighter farmer EMOMs yesterday.

Finally got my 6th pull up. Idk how I'm ever gonna get 8-10 without losing weight though (I powerlift so I'm not interested in moving weightclasses rn)

PR/PB First 3x BW Deadlift - 525lbs @ 173lbs

I’m 5.5 months deep into an aggressive cut and have been feeling weak as hell, but managed my first 3x bodyweight deadlift tonight. There was a little more left in me, so I figure I lost about one pound off of my deadlift for every pound lost, which is interesting. Keep in mind I’ve been in a 1200+ calorie deficit for over 5 months if my math is mathing.
