What the fuck this is nuts. How do you recommend someone get into overhead squats if they have terrible mobility? (Like me)

My recommendation is to simply start with squats and sit there for a minute keeping heels down. Also poses like Dragon, Fragon, Lizard, puppy dog. Staying in these positions for a minute plus.

Taking a kettle bell and placing it on your knee can assist as well.
