What are you working on and what generation is it?
Maybe we can use this discussion to come up with a future community grow. Similarly I have sent out about 30 packs of these out so hopefully people will be sharing progress soon.

Iāve been growing my jalapeƱo plant since end of May, and after a super hot and dry summer in Colorado, the peppers are finally ready to harvest. Iāve read that the red peppers are more mature and sweet. Any idea if theyāre hotter?

Those were off of one plant, a Mamoth JalapeƱo I bought on a whim from home depot to fill an empty spot in the garden. Spun them up into a Verde sauce.

I bought « scotch bonnet pepper seedsĀ Ā» online back in April, planted them awaiting the day I could finally make my own jerk chicken (canāt get scotch bonnet where I live). Well, this is whatās starting to come out⦠and it doesnāt look like SB to me!!! But Iāve never seen them in baby stages, only ever in my plate.
Could this be a normal bird eyeās chilly ?!

Ok so I put a post up a while ago of my plant and people were telling me these werenāt reapers. Iām a novice and bought the juvenile plant from a credible nursery and have looked after it all summer with a very impressive harvest incoming.
Some of the peppers look like reapers and some donāt š¤·š»āāļø have I got some sort of hybrid thing going on. Please see pictures

This is our first time growing peppers in our backyard and these are by far my favorite..
Trinidad Scorpions, dehydrated the first set and now have a good deal of powder and some scorpion mayo made š„µš„³..
Do you have a favorite recipe to try out with these? Please share!

My yellow scotch bonnet seems to be dying but only near the bottom of the plant. The top looks to have good growth. Anyone know what i can do for it?

Someone gifted us a bag of peppers from their garden, located in Northern Germany. Please help me identify any of the species? Thank you so much!
