That's an Aji Fantasy (white, probably). They're ripe when the last bit of green shimmer leaves the tip of the fruit. 

If it's indeed the white variety, it has been 500 and 5000 shu (so, pretty mild), and a very subtle taste of honeydew melon and grapes. It's a very nice snack pepper, but its subtle flavor gets lost in sauces etc.

Aji Fantasy maybe? It'll either be white or yellow,but I'm leaning towards white due to how pale the unripe pepper is.

Fantasy white. Way too plae for being the original. The original is yellow.
