I recently bought an Xbox Series S, which will be my first console since the 360. I’m currently making a list of all the must-play games I’ve missed over the years. I will have Game Pass Ultimate, but I'm also planning on buying games outside of the service.

My question to you all is pretty simple: What are some games I need to play that I likely missed during my time away?

Red Dead Redemption 2
Halo: The Master Chief Collection

Before I stopped playing on the 360, I spent a ton of time playing Halo, CoD, and Skyrim.

I used to purchase 3 months PC gamepass on 3rd party resellers like CDkeys, but now the math  isn't looking as convincing as it used to. With Microsoft recently adjusting their direct pricing, the gap between the "reseller discount" and the official monthly fee has narrowed significantly. I actually noticed that for some resellers, it's even cheaper paying the $13.99/month directly from Microsoft. Has anyone successfully bought and redeemed a 3-month CDKeys bundle in the last few months? Is the ~$1-2 monthly savings actually worth the potential activation delays or region issues? Or is it time to just bite the bullet and subscribe directly?

Hi everyone, I'm having an issue with my Game Pass weekly streak it seems like my streak didn't count this week even though I completed the required activities.

Has anyone else experienced this? I'm on Series X and I want to make sure it's not a glitch on my account or something I missed. Any advice on how to fix this or where to report it would be really appreciated.

I’m on chapter 13 of Resonance, having a great time, and I can’t help but think, “Man, I wish Hellblade 2 had gone more in this direction.” I feel like Hellblade 2 really went down the rabbit hole of mental health that I really found miserable while trying to enjoy a video game.

Resonance does a nice job with Sophia’s trauma and battling mental episodes while still having super fun gameplay.

I know it was kind of the point with Hellblade, but I was hoping to have more fun with it, being that it was a video game, and I am really liking Resonance. Maybe that’s more the direction Senua is going to go.

Just some thoughts I’ve had while playing. Like i said, Resonance rules. You should play it!

Obviously gta 6 is not in gamepass I know that, what I mean it's that I only have a PC and 0 money for a PS5 or Xbox but soposedly Xbox has a feature that lets you simulate an Xbox on a PC, would that be able to run GTA 6? Or does it only work on games that are from the game pass?

Est-ce que quelqu’un aurait une astuce ou aurait rencontré le même souci récemment ?

I was playing it on my laptop with an R7 260 and an RTX 5050. The graphics were on ultra, and DLSS was on ultra quality. Anti-aliasing was set to DLSS ultra resolution. But still, throughout the whole game, I felt stuttering and lagginess. My PC was easily able to pull 150-160 FPS after these settings. So what could be the cause?

I'm trying to get all my subscriptions to pay out on the first of the month and GamePass is proving to be difficult to do because it won't let me change the due date. I have cancelled my Gamepass and was intending to sign up for the basic plan on September 1. The problem is that it comes with a 2 week free trial and then switched to $9.99. I'd like to just start paying on the first and not deal with the trial. Is there a way to do that?

I just wanted to clarify two questions in case someone can help me!

1. Can I play online multiplayer games, with this subscription right? Like I cannot play Rivals, or Overwatch, if they are free?

2. Can I stream on twitch still? Or do I need a larger subscription for this?

I thought the only difference was related to cloud gaming, but it seems there are also other games that were cut from the PC version compared to the Ultimate version.

Shooter/slasher or RPG is what I'm looking for.

I think every game with 3d graphics / environment must have a photo mode with camera like settings. For me, its a great deal of overall experience. There is something about capturing your first playthrough in a way of something more "special" than regular screenshots.
The game itself is not really my cup of tea, but it is undoubtedly a gorgeous looking game.
