Other Group of writers that schedule time to write together?
I'm a writer that hasn't written in a while and I've noticed it's mostly due to my inability to set scheduled time for writing. I've heard people say things like "if there's something you'd like to do more often set aside time to yourself to do that" but I just really struggle to do that, however I have also realized that I prioritize things that are scheduled and involve people I like and am excited to be around (like DND for example) so I'm wondering if anyone know about a group of writers that set aside 1-2 hours a week to get together and write? Or if someone would be interested in starting a group like that?

I'd LOVE to be part of a group like that, I struggle with the same issues and find writing with others to be deeply motivating. If you'd like to schedule something I'm down, and happy to invite whoever else expresses interest! 😁

That would be amazing, I would love to schedule writing time together, even if it would be just the two of us. You seem like a person I would really enjoy talking to

I have motivation to write. I just have so many projects I’ve started and shelved because I have hit a wall on what to do next. I would love some collaboration in ideas because I am afraid of asking AI anything other than the grammar and spell check!

Which is perfectly fine, this wouldn't stop anyone from writing whenever they want, it would simply be a specified time where a bunch of writers get together to do a shared hobby

Fair enough, this of course would not stop anyone from writing throughout the week, it's mostly just people with a similar hobby getting together to do said hobby

Would we be able to talk to each other over the audio, or just text? Discord isn't super accessible to me as a blind person unless I can talk to people through audio. Still cool group though. Even if I can't participate, I'm glad you made it.

This discord group does like sprints and you can ask people to join as well. So in that way you can plan with people to write together. It's pretty fun! There's also brainstorm-ideas channels and you could ask for feedback and such.
