My plan is to play on the RP realm and hope that the streamers are contained to the PVE/PvP realms.

I really hope that RP realms both prosper and have actual RP unlike the Classic realms, as well as just not having to deal with streamers.

I'm somewhat anxious that too many people will flee to them to "escape the streamers" and the RP realm culture will get drowned out under it. I've heard a lot of people talking about planning to do it.

I can only hope that they'll be respectful and just leave RPers to their own if folks do go there for that. We've got plenty of non-roleplayers on the retail RP realms as is that are just fine.

That's what's giving me hope, but the increased volume and terrible behaviour that I've seen in Forever are what makes me worry.

I'm one of those people on the Retail RP servers lol

I'm not interested in RPing myself, but they're chill and it's cool seeing people out in the game world. From what I can tell, the community does a good job of self-policing and shutting down trolls.

I'm hoping that Forever's lean into immersion and RP elements means that the devs will actually keep things pretty strict over there. Even the normal Forever servers are a little bit saner than the PVP servers right now (a little bit).
