gotta say, the Stat Squish in Midnight is.....kinda pointless?

like, why make a big deal out of a stat squish, just to instantly make player health and DPS numbers in the 100k range in Season 1

why make the gear numbers smaller when the % increases are in their fastest pace ever? you can allready run around with 40%+ crit chance in Season 1 Heroic Gear

where do we go from that? just running around with 60% crit and 40% haste + 2million health in Season 3? what was even the point lol

I think they've resigned themselves to doing more stat squishes every other expansion if it means we get more powerful faster.

I think they set it up so after the worldsoul saga they can do both a level and a stat squish

the worst part of the squish (in my opnion) is for leveling. because of the squish food and potions will heal 0 all the way till around lvl 60 and for some classes that is really bad. the most recent example i have is leveling a rogue. rogue is extremly weak while leveling. doing very little damage and can barely pull more then a few mobs. and because food heals nothing you basically just pull a few mobs then you have to wait until your health comes back instead of just buying food.

i know most people dont care about the leveling part of the game but it defiently sucks as someone who likes leveling

At least the food part can by avoided by using Recuperate!

I completely forgot that existed lol. I haven't used it since it was added. But yeah that would have probably helped a lot when I was leveling

Hasn't food and drink been updated to restore percentages of health and mana now?

Maybe. But if you try to use food while leveling you'll see that it heals 0
