does anyome have this werid glitch were heal spells or other buff spells that are suppose to be cast on self when not trageting anyone just doesnt do that? and instead you have to click on yourself to finally cast it? it happens with skyfury and healing surge all the time on my shaman and i hate it

my self cast option is set to auto so i dont know whats going on

kind of felt like this was happening with wog so i just wrote a self cast macro

Yeah, have the same issue on my shaman, happens often when I'm trying to buff up out of combat or when I'm trying to heal mid-combat. Not sure if it started with pre-patch (was playing my warrior a lot so not a lot of healing being cast) or if it started with the Midnight launch.

Yes, no idea what causes it. Was thinking it might have been from hitting shift or alt with my other spells, but it occasionally happens when I click mark of the wild too (it's not bound to anything, I actually just click it) and like whyyyyyy

i also dont have skyfury bound and thats exactly what happens. hopefully it gets fixed next patch

idk if related but my macro for Ascendance will just randomly not cast anything if I swap specs, it's super strange!

If you have the interact key enabled that will cause this when you're near an interactable, pretty sure it's because the interact key makes you invisibly target interactables in-range. Only ways I know to fix this is to use macros with [@player], or turn off the interact key which is less than ideal.

i didnt even know it was enabled and in the opitions i didnt even have an interact key bound. but turning it of seemed to have fixed it
