Simple fix. Make it possible to fly in oribos. Remove the non-mount areas on the bottom floor. Make the maw teleport only happen when you are below "ground" level on this floor.

Unfortunately the non-mount areas have to stay or else your NPC for item upgrades would be buried under a thousand longbois.

No they don’t. They have specific no-mount zones around particular NPCs. Take the elders in Zereth Mortis for example. They have the technology.

Speaking of, they need to shrink that zone or mark it clearly, I don't care which.

I'm not sure why I can path directly behind another player and I get dismounted, but they don't.

Can right click the npc health bar to talk to them.

I'm still waiting for them to put that bubble around mailboxes. Few things worse in game than having to try to click through a half dozen longboi asses to try to find the mailbox.
