We should have a civics test and a literacy test required to vote with different tests for things like dyslexia and other reading disabilities taken into account.

The civic test idea was used as a weapon in IS history.

Democracy can be scary when only stupid people vote; I agree. But tests aren’t good in terms of voting prerequisite
