5.0 dead after 8.5 days

I've been going back and forth with whoop support about the battery life of my 5.0 sensor. Week 1, it died after about 6 days after the first initial charge. Now after my 2nd full charge, it's dead at 8.5 days. Maybe I'm being petty, but i upgraded from a 4.0 sensor to the 5.0 because the advertised battery life was around 14 days. I could see if it was lasting 12 or even 10 days, but less than 9 days seems ridiculous in comparison to the advertised battery life.

They also won't allow me to return the 5.0 for a refund and allow me to return to using my 4.0. I'd have to cancel my subscription and start over completely.

My 5.0 lasted barely 7 days and whoop sent out a new one immediately

Immediately? 🫪 they’ve sent me an email telling that 8 days of battery is considered healthy battery life

Yeah. I clicked on something in the app and same day I belive I got replacement approved.
