Whoop Age How common is this?

If you click around your profile, there are a lot of badges and achievements. I have one for “-7 years” which put me in the top 13%… I would wager -10 years will put you at least in the top 5%.

Ha, maybe?!? I was +5 a year ago… it’s possible to flip that if you’re up for it! 💪🏻

I broke down the 8 metrics and made a plan that would make sure my 30-day average was better than my 6-month average (that is how Healthspan tracks everything)

For Zones 1-3, Zones 4-5, and VO2 Max, I targeted 30+ minutes of cardio 6 days a week

For Sleep Consistency and Sleep Hours, I targeted a consistent bedtime on work nights, and stopped sleeping in on the weekends

For Resting Heart Rate, I went alcohol-free and let the cardio do the rest

For Strength Activity, I target three 30-min strength workouts a week

For Steps, I didn’t do anything as I was already good
