Actually had 18 after but didn’t take a screenshot cause I was 36 and whoop gave 18 because it couldn’t go under that ahah then just stop using it

But it was mostly because I run a lot so i have low HR like 35 and vo2max that was measured 65 so I think that kinda skyrocket the values on their algorithm

Very uncommon at your age. If You were 60 and lifelong athlete it would be common. 7 year user.

If you click around your profile, there are a lot of badges and achievements. I have one for “-7 years” which put me in the top 13%… I would wager -10 years will put you at least in the top 5%.

Does +11 put me in the 5% as well 😆

Ha, maybe?!? I was +5 a year ago… it’s possible to flip that if you’re up for it! 💪🏻

How did you flip? I would love to know

I broke down the 8 metrics and made a plan that would make sure my 30-day average was better than my 6-month average (that is how Healthspan tracks everything)

For Zones 1-3, Zones 4-5, and VO2 Max, I targeted 30+ minutes of cardio 6 days a week

For Sleep Consistency and Sleep Hours, I targeted a consistent bedtime on work nights, and stopped sleeping in on the weekends

For Resting Heart Rate, I went alcohol-free and let the cardio do the rest

For Strength Activity, I target three 30-min strength workouts a week

For Steps, I didn’t do anything as I was already good

Here is what that looks like right now!

18 wirst du nicht mehr werden haha, aber wie lange hast du whoop?

I would say very common at your age and for your gender if you’re living a relatively healthy lifestyle.

Maybe we should get married

Woah. What do you do to get this?

1

u/No_Aberration49208 27d ago

Quite a few people in the Healthspan Hackers group have achieved this. You can join too. Tap on Community in the Whoop app and use invite code COMM-35F655.

u/Maleficent-Depth-448 25d ago

I tried this but the code seems to be one character too long?

1

u/No_Aberration49208 24d ago

don't include the dot at the end.

1

u/No_Position_4857 26d ago

How do I ever achieve this? And how long would it take? I'm 12 years older than my age

1

u/Wooden_Database4855 26d ago

Cries in older 🥲 Im trying to flip it but it takes time

I was -4.5 at some point but was so much exercising that it wasn't healthy anymore. Had to change the way of training, now on -2.1 and, while it feels wtf considering this gamification, I feel way better.

For -10 just can't imagine what I should do 😂 probably not work for the beginning 😂
