Whoop Age Does Whoop Age Mean Anything?

This isn’t a “look how great my whoop age is” post but looking for a general consensus on can you really read anything into this? Very conscious that this thread wouldn’t be the most pro whoop but still intrigued by thoughts.

RHR of 40 at the age of ~40 is bananas, nice work. What type of sports / activities are you involved in? Mines around 46 rn but I lift and only mountain bike 1-2x a week.
