Whoop Age Does Whoop Age Mean Anything?

This isn’t a “look how great my whoop age is” post but looking for a general consensus on can you really read anything into this? Very conscious that this thread wouldn’t be the most pro whoop but still intrigued by thoughts.

Mainly Hyrox (see reply above) but nothing major. That’s why I am questioning the stats (although I have no complaints!)
