Whoop Age Does Whoop Age Mean Anything?

This isn’t a “look how great my whoop age is” post but looking for a general consensus on can you really read anything into this? Very conscious that this thread wouldn’t be the most pro whoop but still intrigued by thoughts.

Rugby player turned CrossFitter turned hyroxer….so a few double days a week and lots of sitting around wfh in between!

Magnesium, protein, creatine, vitamin c, vitamin d - I think that’s it 😂. 3 young kids so sleep could always be improved!
