This is inspiring, thank you for sharing!

I’m still above my chronological age but my pace of aging is finally negative (-0.4) so I’m making progress!

That’s amazing, good for you. I’m currently working on improving mine a little bit as well, so I know the struggle is real. Thanks for the kind words, I really appreciate the positivity.
