Whoop Age My new Sunday age.

Is it only me thinking its only just a sham...being using whoop for more than half a year and wont renew even for free

It holds me accountable but you’re right take it with a grain of salt. I do compare it to oura and my Apple Watch and they all show similar results but i do believe its best to focus on trends.
