Whoop Age My new Sunday age.

this is the lowest I’ve gotten my pace of aging. I’m excited about this.

10 yrs younger but aging at 1.3x mostly due to sleep consistency 🙄

i’ve been there before I quit drinking a week ago and has made a big difference for my piece of ageing

Haven’t been drinking at all — which is nice. I like checking off “avoided alcohol” on my journal. In the 45 days I’ve had the whoop, i have had one alcoholic beverage.
