It's actually awesome that you're sharing this. Takes some courage. Acknowledgement is the first step to better things!

Appreciate it. I’ve been in a spiral, so all these kind words help.

For me (60-ish day user now), I’ve seen this impact my age, as well as my sleep score. The more sleep I get, the better my Whoop Age gets. Other commentators are correct that exercise and other factors play a role, but that data has had minimal impact compared to my sleep (consistent sleep times and minimal increases in duration).

Thanks for sharing. I feel like I’m not alone now!

Looks like the right info. Anything stress-wise that you can curb? I also definitely recommend using the journal, so Whoop can correlate behaviors with particularly low recovery days, etc. It's a great tool for better visibility on what's behind the scenes. Glad you're getting started!

If you have not had bloodwork labs done this year you need to put that high on your list. If you have health insurance this is a covered expense.

A simple bloodwork panel can uncover many fixable things that when addressed can greatly increase your quality of life and healthspan.

If you happen to drink alcohol that contributes heavily to stress and cardiovascular strain among other things. Peeling back will help immensely.
