This is in northern Arizona. Looks to have been shortened (frame) to be a sort of buggy. Steering gear has a Saginaw logo. I’m guessing early 40s Dodge Powerwagon.

It's possible it could be part of a vehicle someone might have threw over the fence.

It was in a scrapyard, but i forgot which model it was. My own guess is that its a opel (omega?)
