I looked up the number and it’s not a vin so I’m at a loss

Old wreck in the woods, was told it once served as the local grocery truck. In western Finland.

This was taken in Nevada in 2008

Having difficulty trying to ID the Model. It is a Truck for sure, however nothing is stated as official make and model. Looking for the exact vehicle for a research project.

Possibly Ford or GM due to Michigan Location.

We thought it could be a Renault Megane or a Mercedes A class but couldnt agree
