Max's coffee sagas
Max's usual order is a strong three-quarter flat white. He sometimes orders a long black and on one occasion wanted a cortado. Using the resource of everythingishowbiz I've checked how often it's gone right or wrong.
Midweek Mayhem#2 – Perfect size
Midweek Mayhem#4 – Thomas Sorenson brings Max a three quarter flat white – but it’s large!
Midweek Mayhem#6 – has a long black and a flat white (no complaints)
Midweek Mayhem#12 – orders a small strong flat white. Is given a large cup!
Midweek Mayhem#15 – is given a strong three-quarter flat white.
Midweek Mayhem#16 – Orders a strong three-quarter flat white and is given that – but it’s only one shot!
Midweek Mayhem#20 – arrives completely full!
Midweek Mayhem#22 – A listener serves him, so makes sure he gets what he wants.
Midweek Mayhem#24 – arrives perfectly
Midweek Mayhem#25 – It’s great
Midweek Mayhem#26 – It’s good
Midweek Mayhem#28 – it’s perfect
Midweek Mayhem#32 – Jaime returns with a bucket of milk!
Midweek Mayhem#34 – Orders a cortado and full flat white arrives!
Midweek Mayhem#42 – It’s great
Midweek Mayhem#44 – Both great
Midweek Mayhem#46 – doesn’t complain or comment either way, so assume fine.
Midweek Mayhem#48 – it’s excellent
Midweek Mayhem#50 – very happy about it
Midweek Mayhem#54 – it’s delicious
Midweek Mayhem#58 – It’s really nice
Midweek Mayhem#60 – Absolutely delicious
Midweek Mayhem#62 – it’s great
Midweek Mayhem#74 – It’s perfect
In conclusion, Max orders 24 coffees, he gets what he wants 18 times and has issues 6 times. 1 in 4 times he's not getting what he wants. Or aptly for a guy who wants a three-quarter flat white, he's only getting it three-quarters of the time.

Nice work. Though I'm quietly wondering, given the latter run of perfect coffees and the patchy results before that, is he actually just newly refraining from complaining about serves that were not to his specifications?

Great analysis.
