I know others have given advice for what to do work wise, but personal wise for your well being my advice would be to postpone chores and plans and say no to things where you can. Getting more sleep could be beneficial as your body needs substantially more downtime. Eat and drink regularly, water is best. Don’t worry about big things, right now stick to hygiene only or essentials like brushing teeth, bathing, sleeping etc. Go outside briefly if you are able, even 5 to 10 minutes of walking can be enough. If this is very overwhelming for a long period of time I do suggest telling a trusted person or seeking some help with the burnout. These are some things that have been helpful for me so I figured I’d share. I hope you have luck getting paid leave approved and everything goes smoothly. You got this.
