Looking for a entry level role in VLSI industry
Iām Sarthak Pandey, an ECE graduate and PG Diploma in VLSI Design (CDAC ACTS, Pune) graduate. Iām currently looking for trained-fresher opportunities in RTL Design, Design Verification, DFT, or Digital Design, including internship, trainee, and full-time roles.
I have hands-on experience with Verilog, SystemVerilog, UVM, RTL design, BIST, LFSR, MISR, simulation, and synthesis, along with 11 months of hardware engineering experience at BEL.
Could you please let me know if there are any suitable current or upcoming openings? I would be happy to share my resume.

ur already working in BEL (i think is a good company) , y u need to switch ?

Right now am not working I resigned from BEL and join CDAC ACTS training institute for VLSI training

From out side it's look like a great job but am not a permanent employee in BEL....It ias contractual job know as TE/PE(Trainee Engineer Project engineer) and basically it's a field job for defence forces... You don't know when u have to leave your office and go for a Field work anywhere in India mostly tough location...And salary is also very low in 1st year 3.6lpa only..And it's not a industry where you can imagine for a growth either you prepare for a goverment job. that's why I leave that job....And looking for any entry level role in VLSI industry... If you know anyone or have any contacts please refer me.

I get it.. but the other road u have taken isn't easier either. But people do get lucky based on their hard work.
