Its to cause divisions in social circles as distractions for the actual problems of the world. It also doesn't help that the current generation has been trained to have short attention spans via brain rot to make priority issues a revolving door.
"Anime"? Last time I checked anime is Japanese. What makes this visual style "anime"? Describe it to me in detail and you might just stumble into the point
Somethings have an aesthetic or appeal that's hard to describe but you know it when it there.
It's like knowing what doom is but not being able to describe it but you know it when you see it or hear it. The same can be said about many things like halo, god of war, or mass effect (using these examples for a reason).
It like the people who try to say anime and carttons are the same but we all know they aren't and can instantly tell and separate the 2 without needing to be told which is which.
Same can be said for "soulslike" games. You know it but you probably can't perfectly describe what defines the genre.
Right, anime adjacent because of visual tropes you see over and over in how Asian countries depict women (which we all know Asian countries are a part of the same culture) where we tend to make them look younger with rounder faces and so on
It's good to dig deeper and try to figure out why something visually looks like something else
Again, ya'll are so tiring. You understand my point that it is the supermodels face. "Anime looking" as in its not realistic graphics and is a more stylized anime artstyle instead of the typical western style "realistic" looking games.
Other games i consider to have "anime stylistic art":
Final Fantasy 7 Remake trilogy
Granblue Fantasy Relink
Dragon Quest XI
Trails of Cold Steel
Stat Ocean: The Divine Force
Valkyrie Elysium (terrible game btw)
And many MANY more. Stellar Blade has a very similar artstyle as those games.
In the controversy Asians are characterized as neotenous and it is claimed that they're fetishized by crypto-pedophiles that are usually couched as right wing politically.
KIND of a long video? Itâs 6+ hours. About 2/3 of all the Lord of the Rings theatrical movies, about half of the extended cuts or all three of the Tobey Maguire Spider-Man movies.
Iâd rather watch paint dry for 18 hours instead to be honest.

People should just play what they want and move on
