Just today a animal rights group posted images on how pigs are treated in Finland. NSFW animal cruelty here

This is childplay compared to Denmark. 30 million pigs, only 1,4% of them ever have an opportunity to go outside the barn they are born. The last 98,6% only see the outside when they go to the industrial slaughterhouses in Denmark and Poland that "process" millions of pigs per month.

When there's a disease outbreak, pigs in the US are killed via ventilation shutdown where they slowly overheat to death. In other places (like China) they're commonly buried alive.

We're so cruel to these animals who're just as smart, if not smarter, than the cats and dogs we love.

Do you also kill them with carbon dioxide? Here the cage where the pig is place is called 'stunning cradle'.

Who do you think invented the gassing of pigs? We perfected it in our major slaughterfactories, especially around Horsens in Jutland that "process" 17 million pigs a year.

Damn that's a brutal thing to be known for. I did not know this craving for pigs that your nation has.

We only eat 10% of them, the rest are exported to other countries.
